IARD and PFRD Systems Inaccessible 3 weekends in April
WHAT HAPPENED?
The SEC announced that the IARD and PFRD systems will be unavailable during three weekends in April, plus Good Friday; the outages will occur:
- Friday, April 5 11:00 p.m. to Monday April 8 5:00 a.m.;
- Friday, April 12 11:00 p.m. to Monday, April 15 5:00 a.m.; and
- Friday, April 19 5:00 a.m. to Sunday, April 21 10:00 a.m.

WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR ME?
During outages, the system will not accept Form ADV and Form PF filings. If you must complete a filing, do so while the IARD and PFRD systems are in operation.
